Cowboys

It goes a little something like this....Once there was a guy who had a passion for working around his cattle. Just give him a herd to work, he's in heaven. A time to escape from life's stress I suppose, he lets it all go when he's out on the farm. And his sons, well they are heading down that path. Can't you see the look in his boys' eyes? Hard workers, it's all about the passion and realizing what makes you happy. I can't help but admire these men, hey I love them to pieces. They are my one and only cowboys.
I love to watch these boys out working. Something about a hard working man, coming home smelling like cow manuare, covered in hay and pokey sheet grass, with his two little sons following behind him, makes me smile and fall in love all over again. (But, by the way, I hate the smell of cow poop!)

This calls for a post

Ryder has great hair to play with, too bad he is my son. He would look so good with a big bow on his head!

Ryder wants to be a cowboy too. I guess this is his way of preparing himself until he gets to go with his Daddy and help with the cows.

More of OMSI

Here is the hearing area, I guess you can actually get your hearing checked for your kids if you want. Griffin was just excited to climb in the giant ear.
Cosuins Kian and Kiernan playing a coloring game on a computer.

Here is another cousin Logan, playing in the water station. This one was really fun, they had rubber boots and rain gear for all the kids to wear to over their clothing. There was a miniature river running on this mountain and the children could play with buckets and cups in the water, it was neat.

So I always do this, I should have posted this one next but oh well, sorry.

OMSI

So at OMSI upstairs they have this huge room that is designed especially for children ages 3-7 This is the sandbox area and of course Noah and Griffin loved it. They also had this little part with "baby" toys and such, and Ryder had a good time in the pool of balls. It was short lived though, because a little boy with a really runny green slimy nose was sucking on all the balls. Hey, maybe that is why Ryder is sick right now, hummmm....Noah in the sandbox area having a fun time. Alexis made a playdough tree cookie for me. Isnt she sweet?
And Auntie Karen and cute little Hunter gave me a sweet smile for the camera, we miss you guys!!

Spring break went by so fast and here it is April already! So we got to go to Grandma and Grandpa McIlmoil's (Rich's parents) and we all had a really good time. It is nice to get out of this town for awhile. The boys got to spend time with their uncles and aunts and cousins and it was really nice to get to see everyone. Including my new nephew (no, I did not get a photo of him, oops) Emmerson, who was born on my B-day March 16 and I was so excited that he was. He is adorable. So all of us met at OMSI one day and what an exciting place. You could spend all day their with the kids and wouldnt get bored. Just bring some food, we got hungry and had to leave to eat. I am glad we got to take the boys there, they had so much fun.
